Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking the checkbox in the request form on icngrow.com or ru.icngrow.com and submitting the form, I freely give my consent to Nord Gate LLC (Obshchestvo s ogranichennoy otvetstvennostyu «Nord Geit») (OGRN 1079847144123, INN 7840378369, address: Office 516, 21 Nevsky Prospekt, Letter A, Saint Petersburg, 191186, Russia; the “Controller”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data covered

My name; email address or phone number; company name (if provided); technical data sent by my browser with the form (IP address, date and time of submission).

2. Purposes

To contact me about my request, answer my questions, and discuss and arrange my participation in the Controller’s programs.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure (provision, access), restriction, erasure and destruction — with or without automated means.

4. International transfers

I understand and agree that my data is processed on servers in the Russian Federation and that my request is delivered to the Controller via the Titan (Titan Email) service, whose servers may be located outside Russia. I explicitly consent to these transfers, including to countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as my country of residence.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid for one (1) year after my last interaction with the Controller, or until I withdraw it.

I can withdraw my consent at any time by emailing dm@icngrow.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it; after withdrawal, the Controller stops processing and deletes my data.
